1. INTRODUCTION

   Welcome to SterlingOps ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the SterlingOps platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue the use of our services.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

   SterlingOps provides asset recovery services for a wide range of assets including lost or stolen funds, cryptocurrency, unclaimed bank accounts, real estate, insurance payouts, and investments. While we strive to recover your assets, the success of the recovery cannot be guaranteed.

3. ELIGIBILITY

   You must be at least 18 years old to use SterlingOps services. By using our platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

   1. Contingency Fees: We charge a percentage-based fee on recovered assets, which is agreed upon before we begin any recovery efforts. No fee is charged if the recovery is unsuccessful.
   2. Upfront Costs: In some cases, clients may be responsible for upfront costs related to legal fees, government charges, or other expenses incurred during the recovery process. These costs will be discussed prior to any commitments.
   3. Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment including bank transfers, credit cards, and digital payment platforms.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS

   1. Providing Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the asset recovery process. Failure to do so may delay or impede recovery efforts.

   2. Termination by SterlingOps: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violations of these Terms or any other reason, without prior notice.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

   These Terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas, USA. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be settled through arbitration or in the courts of Arkansas, USA.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

    SterlingOps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
